NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE Council of the City of Redwood City ( "City "), a municipal corporation of the State of California, will hold a public hearing on the date, and at the time and place hereinafter specified, to consider vacating a portion of St. Francis Street, south of Redwood Avenue, north of and including the Redwood Creek drainage channel, west of 1535 Redwood Avenue, and east of 1605 Redwood Avenue, in the City of Redwood City. The Owner of the 1535 Redwood Avenue property has requested that the City vacate that portion of St. Francis Street.. The City of Redwood City and other utility companies do have utilities and /or facilities in this portion of St. Francis Street, and the City of Redwood City intends to reserve a Public Service Easement within that portion of St. Francis Street for future public use. The City of Redwood City does not need this portion of St. Francis Street for traffic circulation. More information is on file and available for review in the City Clerk's office located at 1017 Middlefield Road, Redwood City, California.
