SUCCESSORS This Agreement, and all of the terms, conditions, <br />convenants and agreements herein contained shall be binding upon, and shall inure to <br />the benefit of, Owners, and Owners' administrators, heirs, assigns, and transferees. <br />6. RECORDATION This Agreement shall be filed for recordation in the office of <br />the Recorder, County of San Mateo California. <br />7.
