This Council hereby authorizes the sale of the City -owned property <br />described in Exhibit A, save and except for Item #1 — a 1998 Ford Expedition, property <br />number 9638, in accordance with Section 3-1/2 of the Charter of the City of Redwood <br />City. <br />3. This Council hereby authorizes and directs the Finance Director to <br />convey to the Redwood City Police Activities League, Item #1 — a Ford Expedition, <br />property number 9638, and in accordance with Section 3 -1/2 of the Redwood City <br />Charter. <br />4.
