DES:d~'~ 04/15/96 (095/41) <br /> <br /> 0 R I G I N A L 5/22/96 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12763 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING PARCEL MAP NO. 94-1; <br /> DEDICATING PORTIONS OF JEFFERSON AVENUE AND MIDDLEFIELD <br /> ROAD, AND PUBLIC SERVICE EASEMENTS SHOWN THEREON, FOR <br /> STREET AND PUBLIC SERVICE EASEMENT PURPOSES, <br /> RESPECTIVELY; AND DIRECTING THE CITY CLERK TO FILE SAID <br /> MAP FOR RECORDATION <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That certain parcel map identified as "Parcel Map No. <br />94-1", dated April, 1996, prepared by Smith, Randlett, Foulk & <br />Stock, Inc., Civil Engineers and Land Suveyors for the City of <br />Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of California, <br />and the Redwood City Redevelopment Agency, a public body, <br />corporate and politic of the State of California, the owners of <br />record of the real property described by said parcel map, which <br />map provides for a resubdivision of a portion of Lots 47 through <br />63, inclusive, as said Lots are shown on the map entitled "Town <br />of Mezesville", filed in the office of the County Recorder of San <br />Mateo County on August t, 1856 in Book 1 of Maps at Page 79 and a <br />portion of Lots 1 through 7 and all of Lots 8 through 11, <br />inclusive, in Block 1 and a portion of Block 16, all as shown on <br />the Map entitled, Map of the Property in Villa Lots of J.V. <br />Diller, situated in Redwood City", filed in said office of the <br />County Recorder of San Mateo County on September 18, 1863 in Book <br />"E" of original maps at Page 77 and copied into Book 1 of Maps at <br />Page 83, is hereby approved. <br /> <br /> 2.
