<br />2/27/2006 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is the intention and desire of this Council to declare said <br /> <br />property surplus and authorize its sale in accordance with Section 3-1/2 of the <br /> <br />Charter of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE <br /> <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1.
