<br />06/1912006 <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Redwood City that: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />The City of Redwood City approves the amended Scope of Work imposed on <br />the NPDES General Program and respectfully requests the San Mateo County <br />Board of Supervisors, acting as the governing board of the San Mateo County <br />Flood Control District, to impose those basic and additional charges necessary to <br />fund the County-wide NPDES General Program annually; and <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />The City of Redwood City requests the basic and additional charges to be <br />collected through the San Mateo county flood Control District until a Council <br />Resolution rescinding or modifying this authorization is transmitted to the San <br />Mateo County Flood Control District by May 1, prior to the budget year the <br />cancellation or modification is to take effect; and <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />The City of Redwood City agrees that the additional charges to be imposed will <br />be adjusted annually based on the Consumer Price Index (CPI) and C/CAG shall <br />notify the City of said adjustments annually prior to May 31 of each year; <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />The City of Redwood City requests that all properties within the territorial limits of <br />said City be charged the basic and additional annual charges in accordance with <br />said charges stated above; and <br /> <br />5. <br /> <br />The City Clerk is hereby directed to forward copies of this Resolution to the Clerk <br />of the San Mateo County board of Supervisors, the San Mateo County Flood <br />Control District, the San Mateo County Engineer and the NPDES Coordinator of <br />C/CAG. <br /> <br />* * * <br /> <br />Atty/Reso/Reso.1624 <br />060106 <br /> <br />14715 <br />Muff # 802 <br /> <br />3 <br />
