<br />The concept of this methodology is to recover the city's cost for the purchased water <br />while still providing the customer some relief for the leak. <br /> <br />(C) STEPS TO REQUEST WATER CREDIT: <br /> <br />. The following must be included: <br />- State nature of problem and what occurred <br />- When leak/problem occurred <br />- Proof of repair (copy from plumber, repair person or receipts) <br /> <br />. The information will be reviewed to see if a credit request is valid. Customers <br />will be notified either in writing or by phone if their credit request is denied. <br /> <br />.
