<br />08/27/2007 <br /> <br />Single-Story Structures Adjacent Residential Neighborhoods to Hospital-"Public and <br /> <br />Quasi-Public. " <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council, having reviewed the recommendations of the <br /> <br />Commission and having considered the evidence received at the public hearing on <br /> <br />August 27, 2007, duly noticed and held for said proposed amendments, finds that the <br /> <br />proposed amendments are in the public interest and consistent with the purposes of the <br /> <br />Redwood City Zoning Ordinance and desires to amend the General Plan in the manner <br /> <br />proposed. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. The recitals set forth above are true and correct, and are hereby <br /> <br />incorporated herein by this reference as if fully set forth in their entirety. <br /> <br />2. That the General Plan is hereby amended to change the General Plan <br /> <br />designation of the real properties generally located within the North Main Street Precise <br /> <br />Plan area, as shown on the attached Exhibit "A," which is incorporated herein by this <br /> <br />reference, from "Commercial-Office Park" to "Commercial-Office-Mixed Use- <br /> <br />Residential. " <br /> <br />3. That the General Plan is hereby amended to change the General Plan <br /> <br />designation of the real properties generally located within the Sequoia Hospital Precise <br /> <br />Plan Area "A", as shown on the two maps attached as Exhibit "B," which is incorporated <br /> <br />herein by this reference, from Hospital-"Commercial Office - Single-Story Structures <br /> <br />Adjacent Residential Neighborhoods to Hospital-"Public and Quasi-Public." <br /> <br />4.
