<br />12/17/2007 <br />ATTACHMENT 3 <br /> <br />Section 2. That the Draft Peninsula Park Precise Plan dated October 2007 <br />and Attachment 7-A entitled, "Suggested Edits to the October 2007 Draft of the <br />Peninsula Park Precise Plan", that were presented to the City Council at their meeting <br />on December 17, 2007, were filed and made available at the Office of the City Clerk, <br />and additional edit #14, as read by the Planning Division Senior Planner at their meeting <br />on December 17, 2007 (collectively, the "Precise Plan"), and incorporated herein by this <br />reference, are found to be in conformance with the goals and objectives of Article 52 of <br />the Zoning Code of the City of Redwood City. <br />Section 3.
