The Local Amendments enacted pursuant to the authority of Section 17958.5, <br /> <br />17958.7 of the California Health and Safety Code, for the purposes of addressing and <br /> <br />meeting certain "local conditions" unique and peculiar to the City of Redwood City, are <br /> <br />more specifically described in Exhibit A. <br /> <br />3.
