<br />02/25/2008 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 14846 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION VACATING PUBLIC SERVICE EASEMENTS AT <br />2300 MIDDLEFIELD ROAD (PARCEL A, PM 86-1) IN THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY PURSUANT TO SECTION 8333 OF THE <br />CALIFORNIA STREETS AND HIGHWAYS CODE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the owner of 2300 Middlefield Road (Parcel A, PM 86-1; the <br /> <br />"Property"), Costco Wholesale Corporation, a Washington corporation, <br /> <br />successor by merger to The Price Company, a certificate of articles of which <br /> <br />merger was recorded in the Official Records of San Mateo County on April 10, <br /> <br />2002, as Document No. 2002-069704, has requested that the City vacate <br /> <br />several public service easements on the Property; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the public service easements proposed to be vacated are as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />1. 10 foot wide storm drain easement (see Exhibit "A"); <br /> <br />2. 15 foot wide water line easement (see Exhibit "8"); <br /> <br />3. Portions of a 9 foot wide sanitary sewer easement (see Exhibit "C"); <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />4.
