<br />04/28/2008 <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCil OF THE <br /> <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOllOWS: <br /> <br />1. The Action Plan and Application prepared for submission to the United <br /> <br />States Department of Housing and Urban Development for a Community Development <br /> <br />Block Grant pursuant to Title I of the Housing and Community Development Act of <br /> <br />1974, copies of which as well as the Consolidated Plan are on file in the office of the <br /> <br />Community Development Services Department of the City of Redwood City, are hereby <br /> <br />approved. <br /> <br />2. The City Council does hereby certify that the City of Redwood City has <br /> <br />followed its adopted Citizen Participation Plan as required by Section 104(a) of the Act. <br /> <br />3. The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute and file the Application <br /> <br />and all related documents, including all understandings and assurances necessary or <br /> <br />appropriate in connection therewith, and to provide such additional information as may <br /> <br />be required for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />4.
