The applicable Consumption <br />Range for, and number of units consumed by, each dwelling unit in a multi-family residence (consisting of more than <br />one (1) dwelling unit on a parcel of property served by a single water meter) shall be determined by dividing the total <br />monthly consumption of all such dwelling units by the number of dwelling units served by each such meter.
