<br />04/28/2008 <br /> <br />(6) Area 6: All premises located within or outside the City of Redwood City on <br />publicly-owned property and used as a college campus shall be included <br />in Area 6. <br /> <br />(b) Monthlv Water Quantitv rates. The monthly quantity rates for water <br />supplied by the water system owned or operated by the City of Redwood City, for water <br />delivered, based on monthly meter readings, to residential and non-residential premises <br />located within the hereinafter designated water service areas shall be charged and <br />collected in accordance with the following schedules for the corresponding ranges <br />indicated: <br /> <br />Residential Water Rates <br /> <br />Consumption Ranges In <br />Units * <br />(Rates Apply to Units <br />Consumed Rate**/Unit) <br /> <br />(Units Consumed) 1 Water Service Areal <br />0.0- 5.0 $ 1.96 1,2,3,4,5,6 <br />5.5 - 12.5 $ 2.50 1,2,3,4,5,6 <br />13 - 25 $ 4.08 1,2,3,4,5,6 <br />25.5 and above $ 5.76 1,2,3,4,5,6 <br /> <br />1 Consumption Ranges and Units consumed correspond to a single-family residence consisting of one (1) <br />independent dwelling unit on a parcel of property served by a single water meter. The applicable Consumption <br />Range for, and number of units consumed by, each dwelling unit in a multi-family residence (consisting of more than <br />one (1) dwelling unit on a parcel of property served by a single water meter) shall be determined by dividing the total <br />monthly consumption of all such dwelling units by the number of dwelling units served by each such meter.
