<br />05/12/2008 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in connection with this Resolution, the Council will also be <br /> <br />considering an "Ordinance of the City of Redwood City, California, Adding Article VII to <br /> <br />Chapter 38 of the City Code Regarding Recycled Water Use" (the "Recycled Water <br /> <br />Ordinance") which prescribes the uses of the recycled water in the City. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1 . The recitals set forth above are true and correct, and are hereby <br /> <br />incorporated herein by this reference as if fully set forth in their entirety. <br /> <br />2. That the Council hereby adopts Exhibit "A," the Recycled Water Service <br /> <br />Area Map, which is incorporated herein by reference, as the delineation of the service <br /> <br />area which is referred to in the Recycled Water Ordinance. <br /> <br />3.
