0 R I G I N A L - 5/22/96 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12761 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING <br /> EXECUTION OF REVOCABLE PERMIT FOR USE OF <br /> CERTAIN CITY-OWNED REAL PROPERTY <br /> <br /> (NEXT TO 932 MIDDLEFIELD ROAD) <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> CITY AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain revocable permit entitled, "Grant of Revocable Permit for <br /> Ingress, Egress, and Parking Purposes" (form dated 04/10/96), pursuant to <br /> which JAN K, NOVAK and ANTOINETTE M. NOVAK, the owners of the property <br /> located at 932 Middlefield Road, Redwood City, California, subject to certain <br /> <br />· terms and conditions, are hereby granted permission to occupy and use a <br /> portion of that certain City-owned real property, commonly known as the parking <br /> area next to 932 Middlefield Road, Redwood City, California, and depicted .on <br /> Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein, is hereby <br /> approved, and the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and <br /> directed to execute and to attest thereto, respectively, said permit substantially in <br /> the form of Exhibit "A" for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City, <br /> <br /> Reso-34 <br /> G'JsharecVRedwood/Council <br /> 05/07/96 <br /> FXS:rg <br /> <br /> <br />
