12/15/2008 <br />ORIGINAL <br />RESOLUTION NO. 14917 <br />RESOLUTION OF APPLICATION BY THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />REQUESTING LOCAL AGENCY FORMATION COMMISSION <br />APPROVAL FOR EXTENSION OF SEWER SERVICE OUTSIDE <br />JURISDICTIONAL BOUNDARIES PURSUANT TO GOVERNMENT <br />CODE SECTION 56133 <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City ( "City ") has provided sewer service to the <br />existing residence at 1438 Edgewood Road, Unincorporated San Mateo County, <br />California (APN 058 - 021 -030), which is outside the City's jurisdictional boundaries but <br />within the City's sphere of influence and the City's sewer service area; and <br />WHEREAS, the property owner of 1438 Edgewood Road is abandoning the <br />existing septic system, and <br />WHEREAS, the property owner of 1438 Edgewood Road, Unincorporated San <br />Mateo County, California (APN 058 - 021 -030) has requested City sewer service to 1438 <br />Edgewood Road, Unincorporated San Mateo County, and <br />WHEREAS, this project is exempt from State CEQA Guidelines. (Section <br />15303(d) of Guidelines) <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS, <br />1.
