<br />a covered party. "Response" includes cleanup, removal, containment, treatment,
<br />detoxification and neutralization of pollutants.
<br />(2) Any cost or expense arising out of any governmental order, direction., or request
<br />that the covered party test for, monitor, clean up, remove, contain, treat,
<br />detoxify, or neutralize pollutants.
<br />(3) Claims by any potential, present, or former employee or official of the covered
<br />party, arising out of a claimed violations of civil rights or employment - related
<br />practices, policies, acts, or omissions, including termination, coercion, demotion,
<br />evaluation, reassignment, discipline, defamation, harassment, humiliation, or
<br />discrimination directed at that person. This exclusion extends to claims of the
<br />spouse, child, including unborn child or fetus, parent, brother, or sister of that
<br />person as a consequence of injury to the person at whom any of the employment -
<br />related practices, policies, acts, or omissions described above are directed. For
<br />the purposes of this section, claims shall include all attorneys' fees, costs, salary
<br />or wage loss, pain and suffering, general and punitive damages, and all related
<br />expenses. This exclusion applies to claims of negligent supervision and /or claims
<br />of failure to prevent such employment - related practices, policies, acts, or
<br />omissions.
<br />This exclusion applies whether the covered party may be liable as an employer or in. any
<br />other capacity.
<br />(4) Bodily injury to:
<br />(a) An employee of the covered party arising out of and in the course of:
<br />(i) Employment by the covered party; or
<br />(ii) Performing duties related to the conduct of the covered party's
<br />business; or
<br />(b) the spouse, child, including unborn child or fetus, parent, brother, or sister
<br />of the employee as a consequence of paragraph (a) above.
<br />This exclusion applies:
<br />(a) Whether the covered party may be liable as an employer or in any other
<br />capacity; and
<br />(b) To any obligation to share damages with or repay someone else who must
<br />pay damages because of the injury.
