07/13/2009 <br />prepare an impartial analysis of the proposed Charter amendments, showing <br />the effect of the proposed Charter amendments. <br />3. If the proposed Charter amendments affect the organization or salaries of the <br />Office of the City Attorney, the City Clerk shall prepare the impartial analysis. <br />The impartial analysis shall be filed by the date set by the City Clerk for the <br />filing of primary arguments. <br />4. The proposed amendment to the City's charter is categorically exempt from <br />CEQA pursuant to sections 1 5320 and 15061 of the CEQA Guidelines. <br />5. Approval of the proposed amendments to the City's charter shall occur by <br />majority vote. <br />6. That the City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution <br />and enter it into the book of original resolutions. <br />7.
