Exhibit A <br />07/13/2009 <br />declares that they would have adopted each section, subsection, sentence, <br />clause, phrase, or portion of this Ordinance, irrespective of the fact that any one <br />or more sections, subsections, sentences, clauses, phrases, or portions of this <br />Ordinance be declared invalid or unenforceable. <br />SECTION 4. Ratification of Prior Tax. The voters of the City of Redwood <br />City hereby ratify and approve the past collection of the Business License Tax <br />under Article V of Chapter 32 of the Redwood City Municipal Code as it existed <br />prior to the effective date of this Ordinance. <br />SECTION 5. Execution.
