<br />o <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />SvlC: wb 5/28/80 <br />ORIGINAL <br />8 60 5 JUN 2 1980 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AWARDING BID FOR'LEASE OF LAND AND <br />IMPROVEMENTS AT 910 MAIN STREET; AND AUTHORIZING <br />EXECUTION OF LEASE AGREEMENT FOR SAID PREMISES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 8578, adopted April 28, <br /> <br />1980, the City Clerk called for bids for the lease of land and <br /> <br />improvements at 910 Main Street in the City of Redwood City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to said call, one bid was received for <br /> <br />the lease of the said premises and filed with the City Clerk; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Nannette Barich Hinch, DBA Hodge Podge, Redwood City, <br /> <br />California, is the lowest responsible bidder and it is the intention <br /> <br />and desire of this Council to award said bid to said Nannette <br /> <br />Barich Hinch, DBA Hodge Podge. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. The bid of Nannette Barich Hinch, DBA Hodge Podge, in the <br /> <br />total amount of Thirty-Four Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty-eight and <br /> <br />No/lOO Dollars ($34,968.00), computed in accordance with bidder's <br /> <br />proposal dated May 21, 1980, for the lease of premises according <br /> <br />to those certain bid documents and lease agreement entitled <br /> <br />"Lease Agreement - 910 Main Street," (form dated 4/9/80) is hereby <br /> <br />accepted and said bidder is hereby found and declared to be the <br /> <br />lowest responsible bidder for said work. <br /> <br />2. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />enter into and execute on behalf of the City of Redwood City that <br /> <br />certain lease agreement entitled "Lease Agreement - 910 Main <br /> <br />Street" by and between the City of Redwood City and Nannette <br /> <br />Barich Hinch, DBA Hodge Podge, for the lease of said premises in <br />
