That, prior to the release of said final map by City <br />and prior to its recordation, the owners or subdividers <br />shall furnish to the City and file with the City Clerk <br />certificates or policies of public liability and property <br />damage insurance as required by the above mentioned <br />agreement entitled "Agreement for Shorebird Solar <br />Subdivision," on file in the office of the City Clerk. <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: <br /> <br />That those certain plans entitled "Construction Drawings for <br /> <br />Shorebird Solar Condominiums," and those certain specifications <br /> <br />entitled "Specifications for Shorebird Solar Condominiums," which <br /> <br />plans and specifications are now on file in the office of the <br /> <br />Director of Public Works, are hereby approved and adopted as the <br /> <br />plans and specifications according to which the above mentioned <br /> <br />improvements shall be done. <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: <br /> <br />That certain proposed agreement between the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City and said owners or subdividers, entitled "Agreement for <br /> <br />Shorebird Solar Subdivision," a copy of which is on file in the <br /> <br />office of the City Clerk and to which reference is hereby made, <br /> <br />is hereby approved, and the City Manager is hereby authorized and <br /> <br />directed to execute said agreement on behalf of the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />-2- <br />
