<br />A portion of Jefferson Avenue 50 feet in width, as said Avenue
<br />is designated on "HIGHLANDS OF E:tvlERALD LAKE SUBDIVISION SIX",
<br />recorded June 5, 1927, in Volume 15 of Maps at Pages 64, 65 and 66,
<br />Records of San Mateo County, said portion more particularly described
<br />as follows:

<br />BEGINNING at a point in the corporate limits of the Town of
<br />Woodside, as said limits are described in that certain annexation to
<br />said Town by Woodside Ordinance No. 1962 - 107, adopted February 13,
<br />1962, by the City Council of said Town, where said corporate limits
<br />intersect the line dividing Lot 58 and Lot 1, Block 601, as shown
<br />on said map of HIGHLANDS OF EMERALD LAKE SUBDIVISION SIX, said point
<br />also being in the westerly line of Jefferson Avenue; THENCE leaving
<br />said westerly line and said corporate limits, southeasterly in a
<br />direct line 56 feet, more or less, to the intersection thereof with
<br />the easterly line of Jefferson Avenue, and the most northerly corner
<br />of that certain area annexed to the City of Redwood City by Ordinance
<br />No. 1014 adopted t1ay 8, 1961, by the City Council of said City, said
<br />easterly line also being in the corporate limits of Redwood City, as
<br />established by Redwood City Ordinance No. 930, adopted April 6, 1959,
<br />by the City Council of said City; THENCE along the easterly line of
<br />Jefferson Avenue and said corporate limits, (Ordinance No. 930) as
<br />follows: North 65058'52" East 123.09 feet, North 17058'52" East 121.23
<br />feet, North 26001'08" West 156.96 feet, North 12001'08" West 244.10
<br />feet and North 44001'08" West 299.65 feet to the intersection thereof
<br />with the westerly line of Lot 1 "A", Block 509, as said Lot and Block
<br />as shown on Map of "HIGHLANDS OF EMERALD LAKE SUBDIVISION FIVE"
<br />recorded January 19, 1927, in Volume 15 of Maps at Pages 15, 16, 17
<br />and 18, of said records, said westerly line being in the corporate
<br />limits of the City of Redwood City as established by Redwood City
<br />Ordinance No. 1004, adopted March 13, 1961, by the City Council of
<br />said City; THENCE continuing along the easterly line of Jefferson
<br />Avenue and said corporate limits, (Ordinance No. 1004) North 43052'
<br />West 144.18 feet to an angle point; THENCE leaving said easterly
<br />line and said corporate limits, southwesterly along a line drawn
<br />southwesterly from last mentioned angle point 53 feet, more or less,
<br />to the intersection thereof with the westerly line of Jefferson
<br />Avenue, and the northeast corner of that certain area annexed to the
<br />Town of Woodside by Woodside Ordinance No. 1962 - 124, adopted
<br />November 13, 1962, by the City Council of said Town; THENCE southerly
<br />along said westerly line of Jefferson Avenue and said corporate limits,
<br />(Ordinance No. 1962 - 124) 77.60 feet, to the intersection thereof
<br />with the corporate limits of said Town as established by that certain
<br />annexation to said Town by Woodside Ordinance No. 1962 - 107, adopted
<br />February 13, 1962, by the City Council of said Town; THENCE in a
<br />general southerly direction along said westerly line and said
<br />corporate limits to the Point of Beginning. (map attached as "Exhibit
