<br />~ <br /> <br />removing weeds, dirt, rubbish and rank growths from or abutting <br /> <br /> <br />each parcel of land from which said weeds, dirt, rubbish or <br /> <br /> <br />rank growths were removed, heard at the public hearing this date <br /> <br /> <br />in the manner specified by law, are hereby overruled. <br /> <br /> <br />2. That said report and proposed assessment list are hereby <br /> <br /> <br />confirmed and the cost of removing said weeds, dirt, rubbish and <br /> <br /> <br />rank growths from or abutting said parcels of land shall constitute <br /> <br /> <br />a lien on such parcels until paid. <br /> <br /> <br />3. That a copy of said report and assessment list and a <br /> <br /> <br />copy of this resolution shall be transmitted by the City Clerk to <br /> <br /> <br />the County Assessor and the County Tax Collector for entry and <br /> <br /> <br />collection with the next tax roll upon which general municipal <br /> <br /> <br />taxes are collected and that, thereafter, such assessment shall <br /> <br /> <br />be collected at the same time and in the same manner as general <br /> <br /> <br />City taxes are collected and shall be subject to the same <br /> <br /> <br />interest and penalties and the same procedure and sale in case <br /> <br /> <br />of delinquency. <br /> <br /> <br />4. That all laws and ordinances applicable to the levy, <br /> <br /> <br />collection and enforcement of City taxes are hereby made <br /> <br /> <br />applicable to the assessments confirmed by this resolution. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />-2- <br />
