<br />SWC:wb 8/21/80 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />~ Q. _R 692 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />SEP 8 1980 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING CERTAIN VEHICLES SURPLUS <br />AND AUTHORIZING DISPOSITION THEREOF <br /> <br />WHEREAS, certain City-owned vehicles are no longer required <br /> <br />for municipal or public purposes; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of this Council to declare said <br /> <br />vehicles surplus and to provide for their disposition in accord- <br /> <br />ance with Section 3-1/2 (d) of the Charter of the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. This Council hereby finds, determines and declares that <br /> <br />the following items of City-owned personal property are surplus, <br /> <br />are no longer necessary or required for municipal or public <br /> <br />purposes, and have appraised values (as determined by the City <br /> <br />Assessor) as follows: <br /> <br />(a) 1967 Ford automobile $250.00 <br />(b) 1972 Chevrolet 3/4 <br /> ton truck $550.00 <br />(c) 1970 International <br /> 1 ton truck $600.00 <br /> <br />2.
