<br />CGM:wb 9/3/80 <br />SWC:bc 9/l9/80R <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />8 693 <br /> <br />OR'f~IMI\' <br />· \..,1 I '.:i\..... <br /> <br />SEP 22 1980 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREE~mNT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF MISCELLANEOUS <br />STORM DRAINAGE AND STREET IMPROVEMENTS FOR AREA <br />"A" OF THE REDWOOD SHORES AREA OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Redwood City General Improvement District No. 1-64, <br /> <br />the City of Redwood City, and Redwood Shores, Inc., in order to <br /> <br />facilitate the future development of Area "A" of the Redwood <br /> <br />Shores Area of this City desire to enter into an agreement for <br /> <br />the construction of miscellaneous storm drainage and street <br /> <br />improvements in the aforementioned area; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an agreement has been presented to this Council for <br /> <br />its approval; <br /> <br />NO\v, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled "Agreement" (form dated <br /> <br />9/l9/80RRR) between Redwood City General Improvement District No. <br /> <br />1-64, the City of Redwood City, and'Redwood Shores, Inc., to provide <br /> <br />for the construction of miscellaneous storm drainage and street <br /> <br />improvements in Area "A" of the Redwood Shores Area, a copy of <br /> <br />which agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to <br /> <br />which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, <br /> <br />is hereby approved, and the City Manager is hereby authorized and <br /> <br />directed to execute the same for and on behalf of the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City and Redwood City General Improvement District No. 1-64. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />8693 <br />
