'"' , f"\ <br />~~ d.ulNAl <br />SfP 2 2 1980 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT FOR LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES IN <br />CONNECTION WITH PHASE II IMPROVEMENTS IN CANYON PARK <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires expert landscape <br /> <br />architectural services in connection with Phase II Improvements <br /> <br />in Canyon Park; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Singer and Hodges has represented to the City that <br /> <br />it is uniquely qualified and experienced to perform all of the <br /> <br />services referred to aforesaid; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Council an agreement <br /> <br />by and between the City of Redwood City and Singer and Hodges, for <br /> <br />the performance of the aforesaid landscape architectural services, <br /> <br />and it is the intention and desire of this Council to approve said <br /> <br />contract and authorize its execution; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled "Agreement" (form dated 9/10/80), <br /> <br />by and between the City of Redwood City and Singer and Hodges, a <br /> <br />copy of which agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk <br /> <br />to which copy reference is made for the full terms and conditions <br /> <br />thereof, is hereby approved, and the City Manager is hereby <br /> <br />authorized and directed to execute said agreement for and on behalf <br /> <br />of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />8694 <br />
