That, prior to the release of said final map by City <br />and prior to its recordation, the owner or subdivider <br />shall furnish to the City and file with the City Clerk <br />certificates or policies of public liability and property <br />damage insurance as required by the above mentioned <br />agreement entitled "Agreement for Pelican Cove Subdivision," <br />on file in the office of the City Clerk. <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: <br /> <br />That those certain plans entitled "Construction Drawings for <br /> <br />Pelican Cove," and those certain specifications entitled "Contract <br /> <br />Documents and Technical Specifications for Pelican Cove," which <br /> <br />plans and specifications are now on file in the office of the <br /> <br />Director of Public Works, are hereby approved and adopted as the <br /> <br />plans and specifications according to which the above mentioned <br /> <br />improvements shall be done. <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: <br /> <br />That certain proposed agreement between the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City and said owner or subdivider, <br /> <br />entitled "Agreement for <br /> <br />Pelican Cove Subdivision," a copy of which is on file in the office <br /> <br />of the City Clerk and to which reference is hereby made, is hereby <br /> <br />approved, and the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed <br /> <br />to execute said agreement on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
