<br />--"" <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />certain agreement entitled "Agreement - Fire Station No. 2 - City <br /> <br /> <br />of Redwood City" (form dated 11/13/80) by and between the City of <br /> <br /> <br />Redwood City and HALL CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, for the performance of <br /> <br /> <br />said work in accordance with the abovementioned plans and specifi- <br /> <br /> <br />cations, a copy of which agreement is. presently on file in the office <br /> <br /> <br />of the City Clerk to which reference is hereby made for full part- <br /> <br /> <br />iculars concerning the terms and conditions thereof. <br /> <br /> <br />4. Any informality in the aforementioned bid of HALL <br /> <br /> <br />CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, i~ hereby waived. <br /> <br /> <br />5. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br /> <br />return to all unsuccessful bidders, and to the successful bidder <br /> <br /> <br />upon execution by it of a contract for the performance of said <br /> <br /> <br />work, all security guaranteeing execution of the contract upon <br /> <br /> <br />award. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
