<br />.. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />~ ~. <br />itI. <br />,., <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />CGM:ks <br /> <br />10/2/80 <br /> <br />8738 <br /> <br />NOV 1 7 1980 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AN ASSIGN~lliNT OF THE RIGHTS <br />AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE SUBDIVIDER OF SCANDIA <br />COURT SUBDIVISION <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City, pursuant to Resolution No. <br /> <br />8388, adopted September 17, 1979, conditionally approved and accepted <br /> <br />the final map of "Scandia Court," one of which conditions was that <br /> <br />the owners of record or the subdividers of this property which is <br /> <br />the subject of this proposed subdivision enter into a subdivision <br /> <br />improvement agreement for the construction of certain public improve- <br /> <br />ments in connection therewith; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the owners of record of the property which is the <br /> <br />subject of the proposed subdivision have requested that the City <br /> <br />approve an assignment of all their rights and responsibilities that <br /> <br />they would have undertaken pursuant to the aforementioned subdivision <br /> <br />improvement agreement to K.E.K. Construction co., Inc; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City is willing to approve such <br /> <br />an assignment to K.E.K. Construction Co., Inc. if it will unconditionally <br /> <br />agree to perform all of the responsibilities of the subdividers <br /> <br />(including the construction of all improvements) for Scandia Court <br /> <br />Subdivision; and <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS <br /> <br />FOLLOv.]S : <br /> <br />That the City approves the assignment of that certain document <br /> <br />entitled "Agreement for Scandia Court Subdivision" previously approved <br /> <br />pursuant to Resolution No. 8388 to K.E.K. Construction Co., Inc. <br /> <br />which shall be subject to all conditions and provisions of the <br /> <br />aforementioned Resolution No. 8388 and the City Manager is hereby <br />
