That said hearing was held at the time and place stated <br /> <br /> <br />above and no person owning land within the territory proposed for <br /> <br /> <br />annexation appeared in opposition to or protested the proposed <br /> <br /> <br />annexation. <br /> <br /> <br />7. That the public interest, convenience and necessity require <br /> <br /> <br />the annexation of the hereinafter described lands to Redwood City <br /> <br /> <br />General Improvement District No. 1-64, and that both said General <br /> <br /> <br />Imrrovement District No. 1-64 and the lands to be annexed will be <br /> <br /> <br />benefited by such annexation. <br /> <br /> <br />8. That the hereinafter described lands being annexed to <br /> <br /> <br />Redwood City General Improvement District N6. 1-64 shall be subject <br /> <br /> <br />to taxation for all district bonds of said General Improvement <br /> <br /> <br />District No. 1-64 now outstanding or authorized. <br /> <br /> <br />9. That provision for compensation to the District for <br /> <br /> <br />improvements heretofore constructed which are of benefit to the <br /> <br /> <br />lands being annexed hereunder shall be made by agreement entered <br /> <br /> <br />into between the District and the owner of the lands annexed here- <br /> <br /> <br />under, the obligation for payment of which shall be both a personal <br /> <br /> <br />obligation and shall run with the land. <br /> <br /> <br />10. That the lands which are hereby annexed to Redwood City <br /> <br /> <br />General Improvement District No. 1-64 are situate in the City of <br /> <br /> <br />Redwood city, County of San Mateo, State of California, and are <br /> <br /> <br />more particularly described in "Exhibit A," attached hereto, and <br /> <br /> <br />by this reference incorporated herein. <br /> <br /> <br />11. That the aforesaid lands shall be, and they hereby are, <br /> <br /> <br />annexed to Redwood City General Improvement District No. 1~64. <br /> <br /> <br />12.
