<br />,r <br /> <br />~( <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />CGM;wb 11/20/80 <br /> <br />8747 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT WITH KAISER FOUNDATION HEALTH PLAN, INC. <br />FOR STORM DRAINAGE SYSTEM CONNECTION <br /> <br />NQV 24 1980 <br /> <br />WHEREAS', Kaiser Foundation Heal th Plan, Inc. has requested <br /> <br />permission from the City for a temporary connection to its storm <br /> <br />drainage system; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council is willing to grant a conditional <br /> <br />temporary connection to the City's storm drainage system and an <br /> <br />agreement has been presented to this Council specifying such <br /> <br />conditions; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE, CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled "Agreement" (form dated <br /> <br />11/12/80), by and between the City of Redwood City and Kaiser <br /> <br />Foundation Health Plan, Inc., a copy of which agreement is on <br /> <br />file in the office of the City Clerk to which copy reference <br /> <br />is made for the full terms and conditions thereof, is hereby <br /> <br />approved, and the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed <br /> <br />to execute said agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
