That, prior to the'release of said final map by City <br />and prior to its recordation, the owner or subdivider <br />shall furnish to the City and file with the City Clerk <br />certificates or policies of public liability and property <br />damage insurance as required by the above mentioned agree- <br />ment entitled "Agreement for Alverno Hill Subdivision,'" <br />on file in the office of the City Clerk. <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: <br /> <br />That those certain plans entitled "Improvement Plans for <br /> <br />Alverno Hill," and those certain specifications entitled "Standard <br /> <br />Specifications;.... City of Redwood City - August 1974" which plans <br /> <br />and specifications are now on file in the office of th~ Director <br /> <br />of Public Works, are hereby approved and adopted as the plans and <br /> <br />specifications according to which the above mentioned improvements <br /> <br />shall be done. <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: <br /> <br />That certain proposed agreement between the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City and said owner or subdivider , entitled "Agreement for Alverno <br /> <br />Hill Subdivision," a copy of which is on file in the office of the <br /> <br />City Clerk and to which reference is hereby made, is hereby approved, <br /> <br />and the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute <br /> <br />said agreement on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
