<br />SWC:yc:12/4/80 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />8755 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />DEC 8 1980 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT FOR AUCTION SERVICES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council proposes to proceed with a public auction <br /> <br />for the sale of certain City-owned personal property; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to, and reviewed by, this <br /> <br />Council an agreement for expert personal services for conducting <br /> <br />said auction; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement, entitled "Agreement - Auction Services" <br /> <br />(form dated 12/4/80), by and between the City of. Redwood City and <br /> <br />Alman & Alman Auctioneers, San Jose, California, a 'cop~ of which <br /> <br />agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which <br /> <br />copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is <br /> <br />hereby approved, and the City Manager is hereby authorized and <br /> <br />directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />8755 <br />
