<br />4IJ- <br /> <br />Sv~C :mf 12/11/80 <br /> <br />ODI'")H\lA' <br />dtt.n J~ L <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N N O. <br /> <br />8762 <br /> <br />DEe 1 5 1980 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SPECIAL PROVISIONS FOR CONCRETE <br />REMOVAL AND RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT; AND AUTHORIZING <br />CITY CLERK TO CALL FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br /> <br />special provisions for the Concrete Removal and Reconstruction <br /> <br />CDBG Program; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval thereof <br /> <br />and authorize the City Clerk to advertise for bids for the <br /> <br />performance of such work; <br /> <br />NOH, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain special provisions entitled "Redwood City's <br /> <br />1980-81 Concrete Removal and Reconstruction CDBG Program, Redwood <br /> <br />City, California," on file in the office of the Department of <br /> <br />Public Works, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />advertise for bids for the performance of such work in accordance <br /> <br />with the plans and specifications therefor, said advertisement <br /> <br />to be in the form of that certain "Notice to Contractors" set <br /> <br />forth in the above mentioned special provisions. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />8762 <br />
