SWC:mf 12/10/80 A G R E E MEN T for the FURNISHING OF RESCUE VEHICLE THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a municipal corporation of the State of California, hereinafter referred to as "City," and BECK FIRE APPARATUS, Cloverdale, California, hereinafter referred to as "Contractor," for the consideration hereinafter stated, hereby agree as follows: 1. Contractor shall perform everything required to be performed and shall provide and furnish to City the following described equipment and shall complete delivery of said equipment F. o. B. Redwood City within 180 days after receipt of order from the Director qf Finance, in strict accordance with the bid documents therefor entitled "City of Redwood City, California - Bid Documents for Rescue Vehicle," on file in the office of the City Clerk of Redwood City, which contract documents are incorporated herein and made a part of this agreement as if fully set forth herein: Rescue Vehicle plus Diesel Option. 2. City shall pay to Contractor, as full consideration for such equipment, upon acceptance thereof by City, the total amount of Sixty-one Thousand Five Hundred Thirty-one and 46/100 Dollars ($61,531.46), in accordance with Contractor's proposal dated December 2, 1980, which proposal is hereby incorporated herein, by reference, said payment to be made within 30 days after receipt of merchandise or receipt of invoice, whichever is later, in the event the equipment is approved by City.
