S:WC~: yc: 1/20/81 A G R E E MEN T for the FURNISHING OF AN AUTO CRANE THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a municipal corporation of the State of California, hereinafter referred to as "City," and SERVICE MANUFACTURING COMPANY, San Lorenzo, California, hereinafter referred to as "Contractor," for the consideration hereinafter stated, hereby agree as follows: 1. Contractor shall perform everything required to be performed and shall provide and furnish to City the following described equip- ment and shall complete delivery of said equipment F.O.B. San Lorenzo within 30 days after receipt of order from the Director of Finance, in strict accordance with the contract documents therefor and on file in the office of the City Clerk of Redwood City, which contract documents are incorporated herein and made a part of this agreement as if fully set forth herein: Auto Crane. 2. City shall pay to Contractor, as full consideration for such equipment, upon acceptance .~hereof by City, the total amount of Six Thousand ~ Hundred~~d 98/100 Dollars (4i~791~.;~), . in accordance with Contractor's proposal, which proposal is hereby referred to and incorporated herein, said payment to be made within ten days after receipt of merchandise or receipt of invoice, which- ever is later, in the event the equipment is approved by City.
