<br />75, said intersection being a point in the corporate limits of Redwood City
<br />adopted June 16, 1947, by Ordinance No. 580; THENCE from said Point of Beginning
<br />along said Alameda and corporate limits North 440 48' 30" West 1298.54 feet to
<br />a point in the southeasterly line of Lot 1, Block 18, "Nap of Oak Knoll Manor"
<br />recorded May 10, 1916 in Book 10, Subdivision Maps of San Mateo County, pages
<br />4 through 11, and an angle point in said corporate limits; THENCE along said
<br />southeasterly line and continuing along said corporate limits North 450 08' 30"
