<br />.. <br /> <br />CGH:wb 3/6/81 <br /> <br />AGREE~1ENT <br />FOR <br />THE REPOWERING OF THE SNORKEL FIRE TRUCK <br /> <br />THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a municipal corporation of the <br /> <br />State of California, hereinafter referred to as "City," and <br /> <br />General Truck Sales GMC, Inc., Stockton, California, hereinafter <br /> <br />referred to as "Contractor," for the consideration hereinafter <br /> <br />stated, hereby agree as follows: <br /> <br />1. Contractor shall perform everything required to be <br /> <br />performed and shall repower the following described equipment <br /> <br />for the City and shall complete delivery of said repowered <br /> <br />equipment within 45 days from issuance of purchase order from <br /> <br />City, in strict accordance with the contract documents made <br /> <br />therefor and on file in the office of the City Clerk of Redwood <br /> <br />City, which contract documents are incorporated herein-and made <br /> <br />a part of this agreement as if fully set forth herein: <br /> <br />Repowering - 1962 Van Pelt Snorkel Fire Truck, <br />~~odel C-300 <br /> <br />2. City shall pay to Contractor as full consideration for <br /> <br />the repowering of such equipment (including delivery thereof), <br /> <br />the total amount of Forty-two Thousand Four Hundred Ten and 99/100 <br /> <br />Dollars ($42,410.99), in accordance with Contractor's proposal, <br /> <br />which proposal is hereby referred to and incorporated herein, 'said <br /> <br />payment to be made within thirty (30) days after final acceptance <br /> <br />of the above described equipment by City. <br /> <br />IN vlITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this <br /> <br />agreement this <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />, 1981. <br /> <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a municipal <br />corporation <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />By <br /> <br />City !1anager <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br />GENERAL TRUCK SALES G~1C, INC. <br /> <br />By <br /> <br />(Title) <br />
