<br />CGM:wb 4/8/81 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />8 83 I <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />APR 13 1981 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL AUDITING SERVICES FOR <br />FISCAL YEAR 1980-81 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement between C. G. Uhlenberg & Co., <br /> <br />Certified Public Accountants, and the City of Redwood City, <br /> <br />entitled "Agreement for Auditing Services" (form dated 4/8/81), <br /> <br />providing for the performance by said accountants of professional <br /> <br />auditing services for the City of Redwood City pertaining to <br /> <br />municipal funds during the fiscal year July 1, 1980, and ending <br /> <br />June 30, 1981, a copy of which agreement is presently on file <br /> <br />in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is <br /> <br />hereby made for full particulars concerning the terms and <br /> <br />conditions thereof, is hereby approved, and the City Manager <br /> <br />is hereby authorized and directed to execute the same for and <br /> <br />on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />8 831 <br />
