<br />'t.. <br /> <br />.1 <br /> <br />C) <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />SWC:wb 5/14/81 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />8849 <br /> <br />MAY 1 8 1981 <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />FOR THE HAWES PARK COMFORT STATION; AND AUTHORIZING <br />CITY CLERK TO CALL FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br /> <br />plans and specifications for the Hawes Park Comfort Station in <br /> <br />the City of Redwood City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval thereof <br /> <br />and authorize the City Clerk to call for bids for the construction <br /> <br />of the Comfort Station at Hawes Park; <br /> <br />NO~v, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOvlS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain plans and specifications prepared in the <br /> <br />offices of the Director of Parks and Recreation and the Director <br /> <br />of Public Works and on file in the office of the City Clerk, <br /> <br />entitled "Special Provisions for the Hawes Park Comfort Station - <br /> <br />Redwood City, California" are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to call <br /> <br />for bids for the construction of the Hawes Park Comfort Station as <br /> <br />called for in the aforementioned plans and specifications. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />8849 <br />
