<br />~.~ <br /> <br />,t <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />Q <br /> <br />SWC:mf 5/15/81 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI b N <br /> <br />!i Q. 8 85 0 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION REJECTING BID FOR TRAFFIC SIGNAL <br />MAINTENANCE <br /> <br />MAY 1 8 1981 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution 8810, adopted March 9, 1981, <br /> <br />the City Clerk called for bids for the performance of traffic <br /> <br />signal maintenance and repair in the City of Redwood City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to said call, one bid was received for the <br /> <br />aforesaid work; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City has determined that the City can perform <br /> <br />said work for less than the amount of the aforementioned bid; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is the intent of this Council to reject the <br /> <br />bid received, in accordance with the provisions of Section 2.68 <br /> <br />of the Code of the City of Redwood City; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. The bid of Signal Maintenance, Inc., for the performance <br /> <br />of traffic signal maintenance and repair in the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City is hereby rejected. <br /> <br />2.
