<br />.. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />CGM:mf 5/28/81 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N N O. <br /> <br />8863 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />JUN 1 1981 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />FOR RESURFACING OF PARKING LOT NO.7; AND <br />AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO CALL FOR BIDS <br />THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council <br /> <br />certain plans and specifications for the resurfacing of <br /> <br />Parking Lot No. 7 in the City of Redwood City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to approve the same <br /> <br />and authorize and direct the City Clerk to call for bids <br /> <br />for the aforementioned project; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain plans and specifications entitled <br /> <br />"Parking Lot No. 7 Resurfacing Program 1980-81" prepared in <br /> <br />the office of the Department of Public Works, are hereby <br /> <br />approved. <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed <br /> <br />to advertise for bids for the aforementioned resurfacing, <br /> <br />in accordance with the plans and specifications therefor, <br /> <br />said advertisement to be in the form of that certain <br /> <br />"Notice to Contractors" set forth in the aforementioned <br /> <br />specifications. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />8863 <br />
