<br />~ <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />Two Hundred and No/IOO Dollars ($1,200.00), and also a good and <br />sufficient security in a form to be approved by the City Attorney <br />securing the payment by said owners or subdividers of all bills for <br />labor and materials incurred in the construction of any and all <br />said improvements, and the doing of all other work therein <br />agreed to be done by the said owners or subdividers, the amount <br />of said security to be One Thousand Two Hundred and No/IOO Dollars <br />($1,200.00) . <br />3. That said owners or subdividers shall, before the release <br />of said parcel map by City and as a condition precedent to the <br />recordation thereof, furnish to the City and file with the City <br />Clerk certificates or policies of public liability and property <br />damage insurance as required by the above mentioned agreementJ <br />entitled "Agreement for the Improvement of Parcel Map 81-2 <br />Subdivision," on file in the office of the City Clerk. <br />AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: <br />That those certain specifications entitled "City of Redwood <br />City Standard Spe.cifications - August, 1974," which specifications <br />are now on file in the office of the Director of Public Works, <br />are hereby approved and adopted as thE3 specifications according <br />to which the above mentioned improvements will be done. <br />AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: <br />That certain proposed agreement between the City of Redwood City <br />and said owners or subdividers, entitled "Agreement for the <br />Improvement of Parcel Map 81-2 Subdivision," a copy of which is <br />on file in the office of the City Clerk and to which reference is <br />hereby made, is hereby approved, and the City Manager is hereby <br />authorized and directed to execute said agreement on behalf of <br />the City.of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />-2- <br />
