<br />All that certain real property situate in the County of San
<br />Mateo, State of California, being all of the parcel of land
<br />described as Parcel 1 in the dee2 recorded August 18, 1976,
<br />in Book 7218 in Official Records at Page 117, San Mateo County
<br />Records, together with all of the parcel firstly described in the
<br />deed recorded September 11, 1958, in Book 3455 of Official Records,
<br />at Page 457,. Snn l-loteo County Records, together \-lith all of the
<br />parcel described as containi;g 10 acres mbre or less, in the deed
<br />recorded July 1, 1952 in Book 2263 of Official Records at Page
<br />716, San Mateo County Records, together with all of the parcel
<br />described as containing 5.866 acres, more or less, in the deed
<br />recorded November 14, 1955, in Book 2914 of Official Records at
<br />Page 426, San Mateo County Records, together with a portion of the
<br />parcel described as containing 6.424 acres, in the deed recorded
<br />December 30, 1938, in Volume 818 of Official Records, at page~
<br />372, San Mateo County Records, together with a portion of the
<br />parcel of land described in the deed recorded July 8, 1952 in
<br />Volume 2263 of Official Records at page 715, San Mateo County
<br />Records, together with a portion of the parcel of land described
<br />in the deed recorded September 23, 1952, in Volume 2298 of Official
<br />Records, at page 691, San Mateo County Records, together with a
<br />portion of the parcel of land described in the deed recorded
<br />February 25, 1964 in Volume 4653 of OffIcial Records, at pag~ 153,
<br />San Mateo County Records, together with a portion of the parcel of
<br />land described in the deed recorded in September 23, 1954 in
<br />Volume 2298 of Official Records, at page 692, San Mateo County
<br />Records, being more particularly described as follows:

<br />BEGINNING at the most northerly corner of said parcel described in
<br />said Book 3455, said corner being also a point on the southwesterly
<br />li~e of the parcel annexed to the City of Redwood City, as estab-
<br />lished by Ordinance No. 1101, on Aug. 5, 1963;
