<br />SWC:mf 6/26/81 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />~ 9.. 8 89 5 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />JUll 3 1981 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br />OF AGREEMENT FOR LANDSCAPING ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES <br />FOR PLAYGROUNDTMPROVEMENTS AT THE FAIR OAKS <br />COMMUNITY CENTER <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires expert <br /> <br />landscaping services in connection with the construction of <br /> <br />certain recreational and landscaping improvements at the Fair <br /> <br />Oaks Community Center; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, BEALS/LECHNER ASSOCIATES has represented to <br /> <br />the City that it is uniquely experienced and qualified to perform <br /> <br />all the aforesaid services; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Council an <br /> <br />agreement by and between the City of Redwood City and BEALS/ <br /> <br />LECHNER ASSOCIATES, for the performance of the aforesaid <br /> <br />landscaping services, and it is the intention and desire of <br /> <br />this Council to approve said agreement and authorize its <br /> <br />execution; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled "Agreement" (form dated <br /> <br />7/10/81R) by and between the City of Redwood City and BEALS/ <br /> <br />LECHNER ASSOCIATES, a copy of which agreement is on file in <br /> <br />the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby <br /> <br />made for the full terms and conditions thereof, is hereby approved, <br /> <br />and the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute <br /> <br />said agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />8895 <br />
