<br />agreement entitled "Agreement" by and between the City of Redwood <br />City and Fisk Firenze &~Lean, Inc., for the performance of said work <br />in accordance with the abovementioned special provisions, a copy of <br />which agreement is presently on file in the office of the City Clerk <br />to which reference is hereby made for full particulars concerning the <br />terms and conditions thereof. <br />4. Any informality in the aforementioned bid of Fisk Firenze & <br />Mc Lean, Inc., is hereby waived. <br />5.
