<br />.. <br /> <br />~WC:djg-c 7/16/81 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />8914 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />JUL 2 0 1981 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT FOR PERSONAL SERVICES FOR APPRAISAL OF CITY <br />BUILDINGS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires the performance of <br /> <br />certain personal services relating to the valuation of city - owned <br /> <br />facilities; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Valuation Research Corporation of Los Angeles, <br /> <br />California has represented to the City that it is experienced and <br /> <br />qualified to perform appraisals for determining valuation of City - <br /> <br />owned facilities; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City desires to enter into an agreement for the <br /> <br />furnishing of appraisal services for City; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS <br /> <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled "Agreement - Appraisal Services" <br /> <br />(form dated July 16, 1981) by and between the City of Redwood City and <br /> <br />Valuation Research Corporation, a copy of which agreement is on file in <br /> <br />the office of the City Clerk to which copy reference is hereby made for <br /> <br />full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the City Manager is <br /> <br />hereby directed to execute the agreement approved herein for and on <br /> <br />behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />8914 <br />
