<br />any and all said improvements, and the doing of all other <br />work therein agreed to be done by the said owner or sub- <br />divider, the amount of said security to be Four Million <br />Two Hundred Sixty-two Thousand Seven Hundred Sixty-nine <br />and 95/100 Dollars ($4,262,769.95). <br /> <br />3. That, prior to the release of said final map by City for <br />recordation, the owner or subdivider shall furnish to the <br />City and file with the City Clerk certificates or policies <br />of public liability and property damage insurance as re- <br />quired by the above mentioned agreement entitled "Agreement <br />for Shores Center Unit No.1 Subdivision," on file in the <br />office of the City Clerk. <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: <br /> <br />That those certain plans entitled "Construction Drawings for <br /> <br />Shores Center No.l,!' and those certain specifications entitled <br /> <br />"Technical Specifications, Shores Center Unit No.1, Area A," <br /> <br />which plans and specifications are now on file in the office of <br /> <br />the Director of Public Works, are hereby approved and adopted as <br /> <br />the plans and specifications according to which the above mentioned <br /> <br />improvements shall be done. <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: <br /> <br />That certain proposed agreement between the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City and said owner or subdivider, entitled "Agreement for Shores <br /> <br />Center Unit No.1 Subdivision," a copy of which is on file in the <br /> <br />office of the City Clerk and to which reference is hereby made, <br /> <br />is hereby approved, and the City Manager is hereby authorized and <br /> <br />directed to execute said agreement on behalf of the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />-2- <br />
