<br />CGM:djg-c 7/22/81 <br /> <br />A G R E E MEN T <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />THE FURNISHING OF ASPHALT CONCRETE FOR 1981-82 FISCAL YEAR <br /> <br />THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a municipal corporation of the State <br /> <br />of California, hereinafter referred to as "City," and GRANITE ROC~ <br /> <br />COMPANY, Redwood City, California, hereinafter referred to as <br /> <br />"Contractor," for the consideration hereinafter stated, hereby agree <br /> <br />as follows: <br /> <br />1. Contractor shall perform everything required to be <br /> <br />performed and shall furnish to City the following described material <br /> <br />in strict accordance with the con~ract documents made therefor and" on <br />file in the 'Qffice of the City Clerk of Redwood City, which contract <br /> <br />documents are incorporated herein and made a part of this agreement as <br /> <br />if fully set forth herein: <br /> <br />Selected Materials - Asphalt Concrete <br />1981-82 Fiscal Year <br /> <br />2.
