<br />to wit: no written protests have been filed and none withdrawn. <br />2. Pursuant to the provisions of Government Code Section <br />35229(b) this Council hereby orders the territory described in <br />Exhibit A annexed to the City of Redwood City. All land and <br />improvements within said territory shall be liable for the <br />general indebtedness of the City existing at the time of <br />annexation. <br />3.
